Stirling Designs offers a wide range of epoxy and concrete flooring systems for industrial, commercial and residential applications.

Flooring or decking that requires maximum durablity (looks and applications are endless).

Are used to cover and decorate new or existing (old) concrete. Also available are decorative concrete overlay systems to create beautiful patterns and designs. This is perfect for resurfacing pool decks or outdoor patios.

Great for industrial flooring or pool decks for it’s durability and beauty. Its strong and can offer variable slip-resistance or dimensional texture. It resists fading even when exposed to harsh sunlight, strong pool chemicals and acid washings, and will withstand chemical wear and mechanical abrasion.

A nice option to beautify any concrete flooring application. This is the preferred method in creating wood-like planks on various concrete flooring applications.

Perfect for restoring Terrazzo floors, or creating a smooth, shiny look on raw concrete.

Helps protect all concrete flooring surfaces (a sealer is usually applied at the end of each install).

Concrete coating applications and descriptions:

Epoxy floor coatings are commonly used for commercial and industrial flooring, but are becoming popular with our residential clients. Epoxy coatings are typically applied to concrete floors to provide a smooth, high-performance, and durable surface that can last for decades and withstand heavy loads.

Metallic epoxy system can create unique designs to enhance various application. Floors, countertops, table tops or any type of horizontal surfaces. The applications are infinite, as well as, the designs and colors metallic epoxy color chart. Metallic epoxy systems have many advantages over other concrete coating systems. Metallic epoxy reflect light rather than absorbing it, creating a floor or countertop with incredible depth and dimension.

Industrial epoxy coatings can be used for industrial seamless flooring applications. Industrial epoxy contains an additive in the Resin to make it harder, and an additive in the cure to make it chemical resistant. The industrial epoxy can be tinted to a color polymer chart of your choice, or variety of paint chips colors can be added.

After applying a methyl methacrylate (MMA) flooring system, the floors are fully operational just 60 minutes after application, delivering unrivaled installation and cure times as well as an eye-catching finish. MMA flooring system is available in a mix of colors and finishes with the capability to create custom patterns and colors for a personalized touch. MMA flooring systems can be used in a range of commercial applications, as it offers chemical, wear and slip resistance with a seamless, durable finish that will hold up in high traffic and heavy industry areas.

This is an 1/8” system which incorporates decorative colored quartz aggregates with high solids epoxy resins and chemical resistant grout and seal coats to form a protective surfacing system.

Broadcast quartz flooring system is aesthetically pleasing, durable, wear and slip resistant, chemical and stain resistant. It redefines toughness with an enhanced focus on combining durability with design and functionality. The sheer hardness of the quartz mineral makes it the optimal solution for the most extreme environments.

Overlay system is applied at 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch or more over existing concrete. It’s ideal for residential or commercial use without the costly expense. The overlay system has a diverse functionality and it can be applied to pool decks, driveways, patios, lobbies, shopping centers, and retail stores.

Polyaspartic coatings are widely used in protective resinous concrete floor coating applications. Polyaspartics are seamless, high performance polymer coatings designed for protection.

Polyaspartic coatings are designed to exhibit rapid curing capabilities, and may dry in a matter of hours or less. Often these concrete floor coating systems providefor next-day return to service. Rapid cure is one of the primary benefits over traditional epoxy coating technology.

Most polyaspartics are UV stable and are suitable for most exterior and interior applications. This includes heavy traffic industrial andcommercial flooring as well as residential garage floor coatings. Avoid using polyaspartics in situations where a breathable concrete sealer is specified. These applications include exterior stamped concrete, driveways or sidewalks.

Two component chemical resistant aliphatic urethane resistant to most chemicals. This is a type of concrete sealer that cures through a chemical reaction and therefore is not dependent on atmospheric moisture colors.

A solvent based acrylic, used as a concrete sealer on ceramic and acrylic based products.

Two component, water-based aliphatic urethane. Exceptional chemical resistance. Superb satin gloss retention.

Recommended for uses with light reflectance, chemical and abrasion resistance. Its non-toxic cure state makes it an appropriate option for food processing plants and hospitals
